    I just made my first IPA, 3 weeks in the primary, 10 days dry hoped, 3 weeks in the bottle. turned out great! just throw your hops in straight from the bag...they dont need to be sanitized, at least not that i have ever heard of.

    I would be careful adding sugar to each bottle...dont want bottle bombs going off. glass and beer flying through the air is never fun.

    Its your money, you have every right to be as picky as you want too. dont care how cheap it is...its still your money. if they have a problem with that, they dont want your cash bad enough...so take it elsewhere. you did nothing wrong.

    Critical sanitation times

    I sanitize everything before I bottle. and while I'm bottling, I have a lid on my bottling bucket, to make sure nothing floating around in the air falls in. but like yooper, i dont stir either.
