Bet you could use dry ice to get it done. It'll go to -80c.

Went BILTIT's route, I used 4 lbs white sugar, and 6 lbs dark brown sugar. Smelled and tastes good. I have a starting gravity of 1.120.

I have 5 gallons of TreeTop Apple Juice that I was going to use for a 2nd batch of EdWorts Apfelwein. But I believe I will use to try this cider. Just have to get the 10#s of sugar.

Bought 3lbs of Orange Blossom from DutchGold. They are legit.

From left to right: 3lbs Sourwood honey, 1lb wildflower honey mead. 3lbs, 11oz Orange Blossom honey mead, 3lbs Gallberry honey and Apple Cider cyser. For the record to the above poster, the middle Orange Blossom mead was made using Distilled water.

How long did it take for the mead in your picture to get to that clarity? The color is amazing.
