    Try just adding a few grains of ale yeast to each bottle and recap. Was this beer in fermenter for an extended time?

    Yeah, I just capped an empty one. Seems fine, don't know how they will hold carbonation? I hope they're cool 22oz. Bottles. They originally were corked and had wire cages like champagne. But seemed to cap alright??

    Hydrated pack of Notty per instruction on pack,except I stirred it up immediately insted of waiting 15 minutes. Really a big deal or not?

    Yep, forgot Irish moss in boil, and it was cloudy going to fermenter. No other fineings. I guess if it's not starch haze, (which I can't imagine I didn't get complete conversion? ) it will eventually clear.

    The recipe and process are just like biermuncher in recipes section . So I hope it clears, but usually after cold crash its pretty clear?

    Mashed at 149 to152 for 80 minutes 1.75qts/pound standard boil, chilled to 76 in 25 minutes, ferment at 63 for 10 days cold crash at 35 for 3 days. Looks like o.j. at bottling. Will it ever clear? ...oh yeah forgot Irish moss but still...

    Thanks man. I shoulda just put in the fridge a couple hours then pitched. Live an learn. Ill let ya know if it got funked or not.

    Yep. I'm paranoid. I pitched 2 packs notty dry. I'm sure it will be ok, maybe not world class but it will be consumed. I learned my lesson though. Next time if I can't cool to fermentation temperature I'm locking it the anvil fermenter and in the fridge to finish cooling before pitching. Brain...

    Yep, I did that.. but immediately went in temp control fridge and it was down to 69 in 5 hrs then to 62 in 7hrs how screwed am i ya think?

    Update... kept hydrometer sample in fridge and it cleared up. Just hops in a very light wort I guess. I should have just hahb.

    No, used as trub filter. It was scotch brite brand.
