    my club has a CFC with a inline temp guage and you adjust the speed of the water, and you can get perfect temp.

    I seen someone mention that they use mason jars with their vac sealer.(edit: for hops) and pointed out that they use the below item. Do you need 1 lid for each mason jar? or does this connect to the jar and seal the lid? meaning you buy one and use it over and over just need new lids...
