I plan on dusting off a recipe I used to brew regularly from 2016-2017 that used pretty much all Galaxy. It always turned out fantastically tropical. If I can get it to taste 75% as good, I'll be happy. I'll report back when I've brewed it.

That Ward Labs analysis is post fermentation and from a finished beer. Mineral levels change drastically during fermentation. You can't predict what the mash water profile is from the analysis of a finished beer.

Malted wheat yes. I'm using raw wheat though. The 2-Row has enough power to convert everything else. I think oat malt can self convert also.

Anybody here ever use Bergamot hops from Great Lakes Hops? I ordered a pound and was going to see what it brought to the table. Was thinking about supplementing in some Citra LupoMax as well. Still trying to decide how big to go in the whirlpool and dry hop. This will be for a 2 gallon batch.
