    It's a farmhouse ale with wild yeast, that I cultured from wild grapes. I don't know what the yeast is or how it will carbonate. I don't want any bottle bombs so I want to play it safe until I know how it will carb. This is a test so I'm not going for perfection just want drinkable [emoji106]

    I am doing a 1 gallon test batch of beer and have never bottle primed before. Always keg my beer. I was wondering how much cane sugar I should put in a 1 litre bottle? And should I just put the granulated sugar in or mix with boiled water?

    Picked up grains for this esb, yesterday hoping to brew it tonight. Going to use whitelabs 002 washed from a porter might add a little colour to it. Hopefully not too much. How long should I condition this beer or can I keg it and drink it as soon as it's done fermenting?

    So I want to do an ipa with tropical fruit hops, this is what I've come up with. The citra in the recipe will actually be mosaic, wasn't an option on the brew program. How does it look? Suggestions for mash temp? Cheers
