    Do I need to rinse and sanitize after the oxi?

    If I put my bottle in the dishwasher will the labels clog anything up? I figure this would be a good way to get the labels off using hi temp wash, sanitize and hot air dry.

    Two questions. First, I didn't weigh down my hop sock, is that going to limit the hoppiness? Doesn't sound right but then again this is my first time brewing. Second, are all the Hop particles going to settle at the bottom or will it end up in the bottling bucket and in turn end up in the bottles?

    What temp should I keep my secondary at? Fermentation is complete. It a wheat with American ale yeast.

    It's been six days, it was ready at four according to lack of airlock activities and fg reading. It's a wheat that I'm doing in a gum ball head style for lack of a better description. It'll be in the secondary for another five days with a dry hop the last two or three days. Thanks for the info.

    My wife moved my primary next to the vent, I had no idea until after an hour! When I found it it was 77 going on 80! It's a wheat, it's pretty much done fermenting, day four. Should I be worried?
