My first "real", New England cider was served on the rocks. It was one of the best weekends, ever and enjoying this simple product in this simple way brings excellent memories.

What size are those u-bolts? Where did you get them?

I emptied three carboys, each with a different yeast cake. After racking, I funneled the contents of a one gallon "R.O." water bottle into the carboy, swirled and funneled back into the water bottle. Then I labeled and put them in the fridge. Are they going to be useful in a week or more?

It was originally served via CO2. I pumped out a few pitchers over the summer, though. The proof is in the pudding, I guess.
