Kegged the saison up, interesting that they say no H2S as it was sulfury as a lager to me but quickly dissipated. The banana definitely dropped out and the pepper pops out more. Seems like a very good saison option. I am hoping to carb this one up high and it will lighten it out a bit. It...

Last time I was there, the waiters were very attentive and kept bringing glasses as soon as I emptied one. They were pretty cheap too, only a couple euros per glass.

I ran out of room in the keg so drinking a flat pour of the saison I brewed with farmhouse. It's good now but will be great when carbed up.

I am a fan boy too, I have the 10l version it's been going strong for 10 years and almost 250 batches. It's also 240v and heats up quick. It was also only $1,400 when I bought it. I really like the 10l batch size. I can brew 2-3 times a month and get a case of beer each batch. Which ends up...

Just took a sample tonight. I agree similar to Belle but more fruit and not quite as dry. It's very good though. I do get a lot of pepper and banana.

Oh no but that is interesting. I meant as a higher amperage 240v heating element or a secondary heater you could use to heat to mash in and boil. I used to have a heat stick to supplement but I haven't found anything like the nice European ones that are readily available over there.
