I use colored dots and just write the style and month/year bottled I never have more than one batch of a style at a time so it works for me

I enjoy bottling as well because I am that much closer to drinking I want to keg but no room in my house

I brew extract in my kitchen and even with a/c it gets like 90 inside dosent bother me but I also work in a no a/c shop during the day and a kitchen at night so I am used to the heat

And my pipeline is saved

So I am bottling up 3 batches today to save my pipeline got 2 done so far 1 to go stopped for a homebrew pics to follow

I do not have a flask or anything either I use a 2l soda bottle washed and star-san of course

If it were me I would make a starter with that smack pack just to be safe

So I am sitting here enjoying a esb I brewed and I forgot the wirlfloc and got some chill haze while I don't compete and know its cosmetic will it ever drop out never had it

So I am mainly an extract brewer but I am looking for a pm recipe for a ale version of say corona for a party I am haveing in 2 months I do not have lager abilitys but can keep it at the lower end of ale temps

They are alot alike some are even super close to being the same strains to me its personal choice but I like wyeast cuz of the smack packs
