Gotta keep it consistent, temp wise!
I’ve ran it at 74 solid for 6 days and it was super clean!! Like almost to clean (at least for my liking) I enjoy this yeast at 85+ but when you hit the hundreds it’s a superstar!
This yeast is definitely a beast, clean and I only notice slight sulfuric smells a couple days into fermentation but then they disappear! Big fan of S. Arli got a few vails stores for other exp.
Denny’s Fav, slowly becoming a house favorite, mouthfeel is pillow-like but not overly cloying or muddy. Hops still punch threw , running it around 62*f, extended cold crash ehh what’s another 2 days, slowly loving 1450 more and more...
