I did not put it in secondary. I had intended to leave it 3 weeks in the primary. A week got lost, and 4 weeks later it was kegged. Force carbing in a few minutes. I will report back with first impressions, as well as how it ages.

Just kegged my second brew, a Caribou Slobber. Been in Primary since Dec 6th. Ended up at 4.97%ABV. Tasted pretty darn good for no carbonation yet. I will let it get below 40 and force carb it tomorrow. Quite excited. Moose Drool bottles are in the fridge for comparison. :ban:

The only tap water I used was for the starsan. The rest was bottled spring water. That's why I wasn't sure what would cause this.

Also I used an auto siphon. I ran hot PBW through it. Then a ton of hot water. Finally Starsan before I siphoned the beer into the bottling bucket and to the bottles.

Yep, it said 60. It seemed that the correction was .002. I added that to the physical .046 to get .048. Still seemed off. I mixed it fairly well I thought. Oh well, I guess I will see what the FG is... Also still not sure if I should secondary, or just keep in primary longer. Thoughts?
