    Have a very controlled set up and keep the beer temp at 68 degrees for the most part in my chamber. I brewed a big mad elf clone and fermentation stalled. I was told by my local HBS to use some yeast energizer and putti to a heat pad. I'm in week 3. I'm scared of the high 70's temp if not 80s...

    Trash can kegerator....help with co2

    I am in the process of building my portable kegerator. Got the can from Walmart. Went with the $30. I am starting off with 2 taps. I'd like to somehow strap or harness the co2 inside.     Co2 regulator help

    It's totally cosmetic but as you'll see the gauge belongs on the left of the tank...turned over its upside down. On the back it says lo and lo and then the other two say hi and hi and left hand for the way it screws in.

    I'm curious...does it matter where the double out and psi gauge go on this? I'd like to move the gauge opposite the connection to the co2 as this will be used on a paint ball 20 oz can...thoughts?

    I have seen many opinion out there. I have a chamber with a reptile bulb and my garage is at 80 degrees. I don't trust my chamber at a high temp. Any suggestions on a yeast and if 2 days at 74 in the chamber followed by the garage anywhere from 75-85??? Help!
