So im tryin out a lager for the first time in an extra fridge i have. I was carefull to keep turing the fridge on and off to keep it within lager temps. However, I had a big party and some jack hole turned the temp down as low as it could go so that he could cool off his Natty Light... Me being...

All 5 Noble hops... I would say pretty close to half an ounce total!

I think his body is paying for it today with all that home brew... sadly so is my ability to smell... if he farts one more time in the office im going to make him work outside in the snow...:mad:

So last night i had some friends over to learn them the ways of home brewing. We all got in the RDWHAHB state of mind, but i think we had a bit to many home brews. I had a bunch of left over hop pellets, and my buddy wondered what they would taste like. Not the taste of a hop pellet (singular)...

Soooooo you gonna sell it or what? Im like 20 minutes up the road... :mug:

Sipped on some Noble Pils a month ago, and now im hooked! Smells like the Hop Fridge at the LHBS! Thinkin about brewin this in a 2.5 gallon test batch... would be my first AG and Lager brew... Any tips?

Think i would rather drink out of a trash can then an El Camino...
