I have the 5 and want to buy another pot so i can have one for the mash and another to heat the sparge water so i dont know whether to buy an 8 or a 10. I just found a 10 for a good price so Im probably just going to get that so i have more room for the future/bigger beers.

Im doing number two but I make sure i mix it well so it is properly mixed.

I do partial boils and top off after Ive cooled. But i only top off to the desired OG and it always ends up less than 5 gallons

I want to make my first oktoberfest soon so its ready for the fall. I was wondering if anybody has noticed any difference in bottling vs kegging an oktoberfest? I have an extra keg and plenty of bottles sitting around so either one is an option for me. Any opinions?
