    Centennial Blonde - Biermuncher Extract

Yeah, longer is not going to hurt. I am brewing that same beer this weekend, and it will most likely stay in the primary for 4 weeks and then get kegged.

    kegconnection.com responsiveness?

They rock.. but I did have some slow response during flu season and everyone was out. A phone call was answered right away though. Good luck on your new gear!

How long does bottled beer (non-pasteurized) last

Hrmm.. Well, I cracked one open a few weeks ago that my dad brewed back in 1995. Beer was still good. Not the same as it was 15 years ago, as most of the flavors had blended together, but it was still a very enjoyable beer.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Just ordered the grain for a 10g batch of this. I have plenty of cascade and centennial hops laying around. This should be a nice session beer for the summer!

What to request for Father's Day...

I love my refractometer! I see that AHS is now selling one with the SG already on it, so thats neat. No need to convert brix to sg.

    Unfortunate infection

Yeah, you should be able to get it clean.. oxyclean soak, bleach soak, really really really good rinse and sanitize should do the trick.

    Introducing the BrewKart

Nice job dude! I gotta see this one day. I remember talking to you that time at Papago awhile back. I finally just finished getting my 10g all grain setup going and its getting hot. Next step, 10g all electric for indoor brewing!

Kegging dreams: Can one keg serve two taps?

Do 10g batches and let one keg feed upstairs and the other for downstairs. You also need to keep in mind that you need to keep the lines cool all the way up to the kitchen.

    Quick Brew?

Yeah, a hefe is a good choice. They are great young if you like them cloudy and yeasty (I do!)

    Brewmasters Warehouse

Love the brew builder.. ordered the supplies for my first all grain a week ago and everything was perfect. I do have a suggestion though. Can you make the recipes searchable? I've found a few recipes and remember the names, but trying to find them by style is a challenge (not to mention slow...

What to do when you have to bottle 360 beers?

Hah, well then.. thats a pretty good reason to bottle! Looks like you guys had a good time anyway. Hopefully the party appreciates all of your hard work!

What to do when you have to bottle 360 beers?

Holy crap... time to consider investing in kegs?

Help please, is this Kegging setup a good deal?

The tank and regulator are ready to rock and roll (making the assumption that the regulator works, hopefully he still has some co2 in the tank to prove the regulator is good). You would want to replace the liquid line, but the gas line is fine. Just need the other connectors (ball or pin lock)...
