    Intertap beer faucets

My faucets showed up from Ali express, precisely two weeks from date of order. Overall they are nice faucets, the machining is not as high quality as the two Ventmatics I have, but they are available and half the price so you can't complain too much. I certainly won't hesitate to order another...

What came in the mail for you today?

A pair of Intertap faucets along with two stout spouts and a growler filler

There's no such thing as a session IPA.

I think that commercial session IPAs are indeed a rare thing. However it is absolutely possible to brew one yourself, and end up with a beer with the hop punch and mouthfeel of an IPA but in the 4-5% ABV range. I have two kegged myself at the moment, they are one of my ideal hot weather beers...

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

I find you need to be pretty aggressive ramping the temp with Conan particularly on its first generation, pretty much pitch at 64-66 then let it free rise up to 70-72. It ferments faster than most yeasts seem to so you have to keep an eye on it

Cold Crashing Fermented Beers Using Gelatin

Lactose should be dissolved in water then added to the beer, it should not be in suspension. I expect that even if you added powdered lactose directly to beer that it would dissolve just fine

    Bottling without Sediment???

Cold crash the beer and fine it with gelatin. Add back a small amount of highly flocculent yeast such as US04 at bottling time. That stuff packs down like peanut butter

    Keg Line Length Balancing Question

No people just prefer simpler solutions, especially when people have already purchased perfectly good faucets. But you clearly have a drum to beat for whatever reason

    Mix of electric and propane

I have a hybrid setup using 240v for the RIMS tube and propane to boil. It works very well for me, although I'm tempted to go all electric now. However if you don't have 240v available it's probably much simpler to stick with propane for boiling.

New baby delivery- balancing privacy & hurt feelings

From your post title, if privacy is important for you and your new family then you have to draw that line and live with the hurt feelings. It will be better in the log run for you to draw the expectations now rather than getting into a shouting match in the heat of the moment Also keep in mind...

    Keg Line Length Balancing Question

You can get a 100ft length of 3/16 tubing on Amazon for $12 here. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E6BCXQ8/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 This stuff is nice and flexible so easy to coil up on top of your kegs, and is superbly cheap so there's really no need to worry about using long lengths...

Best option for valve and fittings for pair of 10g Igloo...

The brewhardware bulkheads are the best on the market by a country mile.

    The last straw bottle filler

Try a longer beer line going to the gun. I have ten feet of 3/16 line going to my faucets, and using a bottle filler with a couple of feet of line just didn't work. Added another ten feet of line between the faucet and the filler and all is well
