    Thats good to know. Maybe I should use a fridge with a temp control next time since it seems more reliable. I just don't understand why the ac could hold it at 63 but all of a sudden cant. The way i built the thing I cant even really get to the ac unit haha

    All grain makes you feel more involved. The final product is all you! Thats a guess of course. I'm still on my first brew ever and its extract.

    Just checked my gravity on mine and its not done yet. Mine tasted strong with alot of alcohol burn. I got a slight buzz from drinking about 3 ounces too hehe

    Yea I'm on my first week of fermentation and im going crazy waiting. I would start another but I don't even have enough bottles yet to bottle my first batch.

    does dry hopping in primary effect the taste of hops. I,m a noob but i keep thinking that the yeast cake is going to suck up some flavor haha
