I have the anvil system in 3 anvils, the spike coil in the flex, and for now an anvil coil in a 14 gallon Chapman. It works,it’s not ideal, but it works. Will be installing a temp twister very soon, it seems to be the same coil as the spike has.

I was really surprised when I saw how well they were growing last week, they are rooted solid and it was just a no cost attempt at more plants.

USPS and to a lesser extent UPS and FedEx are definitely backlogged at this point. It has taken 2 weeks to get priority mail. 1 week from Detroit to my house, which is about 25 miles.

I’m in Michigan, and my uninsulated garage gets up there as well. My 1/4 horse aquarium chiller (with a reservoir) could keep up, with 3 5 gallon anvils, and those have horribly small coils. I now have the ice master and I am glad to have a proper chiller that can get the glycol down to 27...

This is Viking pilsner and some flaked maize. S-23 yeast. I think it came out perfect.

I used S-23 and actually fermented at proper temps this time. I used Viking pilsner malt and Perle hops. This is awesome.

My brewhardware rims tube is on the way as well, replacing my DIY tube. I also use the InkBird IPB-16S
