Not sure but methanol can’t really be removed via regular distillation anyway. Most of what you can find to read is wrong. However the amount of methanol produced is likely dependent on how healthy your fermentation is.

Agree completely. It makes beer just fine. I’m not paying 1200-2000 or more for the others just so I can connect my phone and have a few bells and whistles. But I might spend the $50 so I can turn up the flow rate of the recirculation without making a mess.
