    Pepper mead

    Alright! That cyanne cyser sounds great. I just brewed three months ago a cyser. 15 lbs of honey five gal h2o and with cinnamon and then in the secondary two gallons of apple cyser and some apples and pears.

    What is happening in my beer?

    Can anyone describe to me in basic terms what is going on in the beer. I know the yeast converts the sugar into carbon dioxide and alcohol but can anyone give me the chemical formula--or point me in the direction of some good chemistry 101 savvy information? Much appreciated! Many thanks!
