    hi, just wondered how the big beer companies filter thier beer. do the use a filter,or just let the beer clear over time? :mug:

    dry hops

    i have used dry hops for the first time, and when bottling some hop particles went through the sipho into my bottles. i sampled the beer after a few days and it tasted great (african amber) but the hops (i stupidly siphoned :( ) did not sink. will the hop particles develope mold over time?
