    Well gents, after 4 weeks in the bottles, I cracked one of these bad boys open. I was nervous- I didn't want this batch to be a let down. But it wasn't! Tastes great! There are a couple tweaks that I am going to continue to work on, but "Duffer Pale Ale" is a keeper!

    when brewing this pumpkin ale, do you want to dump all that shudge in the bottom of your wort into the primary fermentor or try to keep as much of that stuff out?

    emjay- its a wheat beer called boundary waters wheat from midwest brewing. OG was a little low at 1.033 (my appt was a little warm at hydrometer reading tho, about 80degrees) and the FG was 1.008. Thanks for the reply's guys, much appriciated
