    Critique this Hefe

Just brewed this, cut the last hop addition down to 1/4 ounce as that was all I had, also screwed up and only held at 154 F for 40 minutes, still hit my target gravity w/ 70% efficiency. Will post results in a couple weeks. Wup

    Rickards Red Clone?

Well, the LHBS didn't have Munich, they recommended Victory instead and me being a newb took it. Reading the description for it on the net and tasting a bit, it is clear that it is a bit to "nutty" for this style. So should I just forget about the munich? What would bumping the crystal to 1 lb...

    Thoughts On This Cooler

So...Tomorrow I'm going to pick up a cooler, is the 10 Gallon Rubbermaid, the suggested one to go with? Thanks Wup ..::Edit: I just noticed Sams Club has a 5 Gallon Rubbermaid for $18.xx, how much will it truely limit me in doing 5 gallon batches?::..

    Thoughts On This Cooler

I only plan on doing 5 gallons at at time right now, so do you think a 5 Gallon Rubbermaid Bev Cooler would be better?

    Thoughts On This Cooler

I'm going to make the leap to all-grain, looking for coolers I came across http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5623412 It's a 5-dy cooler so it should hold temps pretty well, and the price can't be beat. So what do you think? Wup ..::Edit: I plan on batch sparging::..

    LME vs. DME

UnHopped=No Hops= 0 IBU's Hoped extracts are usually "ready to go" kits, where you just add water (sometimes sugars), and you have beer, so the IBU's depends on the kit

Kegging At High Pressure, Need Some Help

Well, I have a batch of "champagne" in a keg, carbonated to about 30 psi. I have 15 feet of 3/16 gas line, and the stuff is still flying out of the tap as a glass of foam. Any thoughts on what I should do, do different balancing rules apply at higher pressures? Thanks Wup

    Used Kegs?

You can have them for much cheaper if you don't mind a little cleaning, and orings are cheap to replace.

    Keggle Capacity...... maybe 15 gallons????
