    BTW I'm going to call this IPA Black Fly IPA!Those little Basterds would not leave me be buzzing my head biting my ankels there where hundreds of em I tell ya just bout picked me up and flew me away with them ;) .. Good thing I had some Chocolate Porter too ease my pain! :drunk:

    I know how you feal,I did a light ale for friends that don't care for my better homebrew.One bach of bottels did not get a good cleaning and thus spoiled a case of not too bad brew. :eek: Very bad astringant taste hits the pallett wright a way yuck!Dumped it all! felkt like **** doing it and...

    Hell my dog laps em up wet,Last time I breewed I just tossed em out behind the shed and I'll be dammed my dog was eaten those grains. :) Betcha dogs love the stuff..

    Yes I have used that yeast strain as well works very well for higher temp fermenting..Give it a go!

    Lager Primary Fermentation Temps - Help

    I did one with the White labs San Francisco 810 Yeast frementation Temps 58-65 (for the strain) this past hot spell,Worked great for me just botteld it up last Sunday and its tasting great. Looks nice and clear too.. :cool: I'll let ya'all know in a month how it really taste.

    I have 4 with homebrew in them one is done and the other three have bout a week to go.awillis I did the same as you just hand tightend the tops,Hopefully it will work ;)
