    Just brewed a Hefeweizen today and it will be my next brew since most of my wheat malt was not cracked at the lhbs (arrrrgh!!). I was wondering why I was roughly 50% off of the target OG. So I added a # of sugar dissolved with 12oz molasses. Not really caring about this beer much more although...

    Odd pale ale ish any thoughts how it might turn out

    I'm brewing a pale ale kinda Currently have a bad cold and the thought of fruity beer sounds good. 5 gallon 5# 2 row pale 5# golden promise .5 oz Galaxy 15.4 60 mins .5 oz Galaxy 30 mins 1oz Galaxy 10 mins Mangrove jack's Bavarian wheat yeast! Other than why, any thoughts ?
