    Issue with leaky mash tun

Maybe if you install a 2-3" nipple between your vessel wall and the T, using a locknut to make the seal? Looks like there would be clearance for the T a little further away from the wall.

    Kegging clearing question

^This.^ It'll take a couple weeks to really clear up. That being said, I usually can't wait more than a week and the first part of the keg is usually not optimally clear. Tastes good though!

    Help with camlock purchase

You may want to purchase some 90º Street Elbows as well. Clamping the elbows to your hose and then attaching the Female Camlocks will help reduce strain on the hose and prevent kinking.

    Auto syphon issue

Perhaps it is trying to convert you? ;) You may be sucking air at your hose connection. Try using a smaller ID hose. Or stick a worm clamp on there (carefully) and it should seal up.

    Good deal on chest freezers...

If anybody is near Morris, IL, the local Jewel is running a special on 5.2 cu.ft. Freezers. If you buy one ($160), you get $160 worth of groceries. There were about ten left when I was in there the other day.

    Yeast question

    Yeah, I figured the amount I'd use for two packs. 23g yeast x (10 times it's own weight) = 230g 230g = 230mL 230mL = .97 cups I really don't think it has to be super exact, though.

    Yeast question

For a big beer like this one I'd use two sachets, but one will probably work fine if you can't get more... Rehydrate prior to pitching. From the Fermentis website: Re-hydrate the dry yeast into yeast cream in a stirred vessel prior to pitching. Sprinkle the dry yeast in 10 times its own...
