We have hot air lock action...and krausen.

A late night brew.....decided to throw in some galaxy hops with the citra..... Anyway pitched yeast at about 1:00am. . As of 9:00am.....no airlock movement....hmmm Cause of concern guys?

5 gallon batch.

Using a igloo cooler I turned into mash tun. Get my ingredients monday. So ill be dumping my mash water into my grains obviously.

Guys what's the mash temp..and strike temp?

Would this apply to Tennessee climate. Old old thread bump.

Oh yeah, and 90% iso. Alcohol from wally world is also great.

Water and bleach when used appropriately works the best for me. Just make sure you rinse liberally and let air dry.
