    interesting that you ask this, i plan on doing the same later on tonight to my bells two hearted clone.. i do know that the higher the temp, the soon the hops will impart their aroma, but my thought was maybe a cleaner less grass like character to the beer at a colder temp dry hopping

    fresh hops are not wet hops, on the southern hemis is says fresh hops that are dried and immediatedly used unlike northern hemis which is wet because the hops are never dried..

    lol...it means relax dont worry have a homebrew...in your case more likely a craft brew also make sure to keep your fermenter at the right temps for the yeast your using..specially in the first few couple days

    you def can convert it to a mash tun, you may be a little restricted on the amount of grain you can mash in it but it'll def work none the less
