Dry hop while cold crashing?

Ok so I just dry hopped my ipa yesterday. Is it ok if I crank the ferm fridge down to cold crashing temps while dry hopping?

interesting that you ask this, i plan on doing the same later on tonight to my bells two hearted clone.. i do know that the higher the temp, the soon the hops will impart their aroma, but my thought was maybe a cleaner less grass like character to the beer at a colder temp dry hopping

You might want to see this thread on what temp to dry-hop at, from about an hour ago. And I'm sure both are well covered in existing threads.

In short, yes you can, but it'll probably impact the flavor/aroma to some degree.

I'd give another day or two before you cold crash. You'll be shorting yourself hop aroma by cold crashing it this soon.
