    Frozen yeast bank procedure

They are Bakelite caps, which are fine in an autoclave. The first synthetic plastic and heat safe to 285°C depending on the type. Brittle though. You’ll break more caps than vials I bet.

    Frozen yeast bank procedure

I’ve been using this for the last 2 years, and I use 15ml boro tubes so I can reuse them, sterilize in a pressure cooker: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/maintaining-a-healthy-yeast-bank-long-term.678997/ As a side note, more yeast to start isn’t better. It can allow more mutated yeast to...

Dry Hopped Cider (Maybe a graff?)

Just stabilize and backsweeten with apple juice concentrate. I made one with citra and Amarillo and it was pretty good. I used the friend’s recipe on https://brulosophy.com/2014/11/06/making-a-good-thing-better-a-simple-dry-hopped-hard-cider/ not Marshall’s :-)

How does this brown ale recipe look?

I thought Northern brown nail was a little less sweet. I really enjoyed the nut castle recipe in brewing classic styles.

    How is this crush?

Very nice. Only 2 batches on this mill, it’s much different than my old barley crusher.

    Don't Do That.

Better than burnt rubber + pbw boiling away trying to clean sankey parts…

    How is this crush?

I crush 0.030 for a batch sparge. No stuck sparges and like 73% eff.

What can I do to stop the fermentation?

You don’t. You let it run out of sugar.

Poll: Do you have, or plan to get, an electric car?

Likely everything up to this point was in the works with the original owners of Tesla. My guess is the cyber truck is the first new vehicle designed solely under the current leader.

    Don't Do That.

I love my 2.5 lb tank and mini regulator. A co2 transfer hose has been awesome. I just flip my 20lb upside down to fill it.

Inkbird ITC 308 Wifi Temperature way off

The replacement probe kits have the plug-in adapter, and you can see the stress relief that goes through the case. I wish they all had a port to plug-in a probe by default. https://inkbird.com/products/replacement-probe-for-itc-308-itc-306t

    Nitrogen Tank Weight

Yeah, use pure co2 to get your beer to the desired carb level then hook to beer gas.

Inkbird ITC 308 Wifi Temperature way off

I’ve looked at the replacement probe kits, and you actually open up the case and solder the new probe wires to the board. You don’t cut the wires normally.
