    full size (15.5gal) Keg fermenter

1/2 bbl Sankeys make excellent fermenters! You can begin using a simple carboy cap with an air lock for your initial runs. The $75 clover additions Darrin offers seem an obvious choice if you find you prefer using the keg for fermenting. Moving a single container around with 10 gallons in...

    Fixing my immersion chiller

They are pretty helpful at NB, you could always call the retailer and ask what they recommend. Confirm the immersion chiller's inner diameter. Then obtain pipe and fittings at the local hardware store. Cut, sand, flux and solder. Simple.

March pump wont pump high temperatures. above 190...

I share CAT's observation(s). I had a similar issue with my Little Giant 3-MD-HC using thin-walled 4ft 1/2" ID hoses. I moved to thick-walled 4ft 3/4" ID hoses which affix properly to 1/2 ID hose barbs.

    Lagering temps

    Clear Lager

Lagering my bohemian pilsner takes 4 weeks at 30F. It does take the WHOLE four weeks. You are lagering 12 degrees higher. Therefore, give it another 4-6 weeks or bring the temp down to 30-32F for a couple of weeks...
