    Ok to use the tea ball things with pellet hops? Do you tie it down or just let it float?

    I have seen that some of you dry hop in kegs, do you do it with the gas on? Any problems with sediment? My pale ale needs more hops. Been on the gas now for 5 days and doing well, just not much hops to it.

    How about two beers? A breakfast stout and then your lawnmower beer for the rest of the day. That is how we do it at our tailgates.

    Krausen in the airlock . . .

    Made a 6 gal (instead of my normal 5gal) pale ale AG with White Labs 01. Used a starter. On day 2+ now and going like mad. Did not use blow off tube (because I have never needed to in the past) and now have krausen in the airlock. Need to worry? Do anything?

    Flamus interruptus

    So making the AHS Holiday Ale yesterday, all grain Deathbrewers stove top way, when the power goes out with about 20 min left in the boil. Ended up going outside and finishing on the propane burner, but the boil died for about 10 min. Any ill effects?

    brewing for football season

    I am doing a Red today and will look at doing maybe a breakfast beer (oatmeal stout or something close). We tailgate for just about every Georgia game, so will need a few beers.
