    Yooper, that is no doubt the reason, here in buffalo our weather is a bit crazy... Yesterday it was about 80 degrees and to day it has dropped to about 55. As to what that will do to the beer who knows.

    wow thanks for the fast response guys, i guess there is no easy start in this industry. I wasnt too serious about it but i have a friend who owns a bar so i thought it might be easy just to sell a few there. Guess not!

    Does anyone know what would need to be done to legally sell my beers at a bar? Someone told me i need a distributer license? Im assuming this is state by state and i live in NY. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    i dont know what decanning is but i pour all the ends of the beers into another one and recap it. i havent had the butt beers yet but who knows lol.

    It seems during the siphoning process that there should be an easy way to filter out the yeast like a coffee filter or something? any ideas it seems if it were this simple everyone would be doing it already.
