Grain Mill - MM 2 vs. 3 roller?

Have had MM3-2.0 for about 2 years now (only mill I have had) LOVE IT. Mill powered by rigid electric drill. Here is what I do: 1. Condition Grain 2. Dump up to 25lbs in hopper 3. Engage drill - Mills right away, no issues starting or spinning. 4. Marvel at its Awesomeness. 5. Clean...

    Pressure Wash a Sanke Fermenter?

Wondering if anyone pressure washes their Sanke Fermenters? I thought I was getting them pretty clean by soaking and scrubbing with a brush; however, near the neck where it is hard to see I have ring-around-the-sanke! This was discovered when I cut the bottom off of one to turn it into a bottom...

    Priming in corny keg ?!

Govner1 has it down. I have done it in the past and decided against continuing because of the draw back of having to let it settle when moving it. I do have a kegerator, but I also use a jockeybox a lot for family functions. As for over-carbing, just release some pressure and let it reach...

    Many RTD's only one controller

GOOD FIND! Did not even think of just looking for TEMP DISPLAY. That is definitely a cheap option. Not a huge fan of EBAY even though it would probably save me $. Tried to find the linked temp displays anywhere in the US and it is impossible (with my limited skills). Still leading towards...

    Many RTD's only one controller

Auber Ins was very fast with getting back to me. I had just asked him the same question as the OP. If in AUTO and you switch RTD inputs, the PID will be totally confused. If you are in manual mode switching is no problem (as long as you are not concerned about the calibration of each RTD)...

    Many RTD's only one controller

Equipment: Just starting getting equipment together for e-HERMS. I have my old control panel which has 1 PID. I now have multiple RTD sensors in the system. Problem: How to check temperatures with-out switching or swapping out control panel PID. It looks like a bunch of guys used switches in...

    legs for bottom drained keg?

Looked but did not find anything. Has any put feet/legs on keggle that is bottom drained. I have seen lots of pictures of brewstands that support the keg. I am looking for anyone that just put legs or feet on the bottom of their keggle so it was free standing. Thanks.

can you transfer carbonated beer from keg to keg?

Going on a fishing trip with my step-father and father-in-law and would like to take some beer with. Beer has been sitting undisturbed for weeks and is force carbonated. Can I transfer it to another keg and to make sure it is clear travel ready?
