    Pasteurizing juice/cocktail

Yes alcohol in the mix affects it ALOT. Think of it this way. You can age eggnog because of the alcohol content. A Moscow mule will be fine. I easy cheat is to modify a ginger ale by boiling it with more ginger slices or ginger juice. Then force carbing afterwards.

    Homemade Ginger Beer?

I have used the morganthaller recipe too. I actually got it from PF Changs as they use his recipe. It is good. I substitute other citrus for variety. Pineapple is good too. I also add herbs (mint or juniper). I haven't tried roasting it. I juice with a juicer designed to handle ginger and pour...

    1/2 gallon ball lock keg

Best place to find the mancan is off of eBay from the Chinese manufactures. Beergrowler2000 is the username. You have to wait a bit, but they are much cheaper. I have a 64 oz can with the ball lock cap. Works pretty good but I think I want to get a spree top too.

    Soda siphon without disposable cartridges

I have been using the mancan as a substitute for what we want. It is not cheap though. I saved about 50% buying direct from China over ebay though. You can get them in .5 and 1 gal growler sizes. Bit of a pain to detach the hoses though. I have a bunch of the plastic carbinator Caps. Though...

    Force carbonating fresh cocktails

Get a carbonation cap, chill in the freezer then shake in a 2l bottle while pressurizing. That is the fastest way to carbonate and bottle quickly. Takes minutes instead of hours or days. And you can get a lot of co2 in that way.

    Soda siphon without disposable cartridges

Atlanta, Can you link to the barbed cap you are referring to?

    Belgian Candi Syrup in Soda

You can make Carmel coloring on your own and use that.

    Small CO2 tank

You can use a paintball tank with an adapter. Mancan also has some that use c02 cartridges. I would get one of the smaller paintball cans and one if the cannon ball kegs or one of the Chinese mancan cans from eBay.

    Home seltzer making

Turn down the pressure. If it is too high the water is agitated and you lose carbonation. I would half the pressure and see where it stands.

    Home seltzer making

How fast is the water coming out when you do your fills? You lose carbonation there. Chilled liquid absorbs more c02. It also loses less carb when pouring. A lot more than you think, so yes, put it in the fridge and see how it performs.

    Ginger Ale Kegged

Is that a fairly "dry" recipe? Also, do you weigh the ginger? Some peoples "8" root" is not the same as others.

    Ginger Ale Kegged

Please post the recipe. I have done about 8 different batches of GB and the pineapple mint GB was given rave reviews. It was a variant if PF Changs ginger beer which was 3 parts monin (simple syrup) 2 parts lemon juice 1 part ginger juice. Water to desired strength level It's a pretty good...

90 psi seems high. How many total feet of tubing b/w everything?

    Growlers and bottling carbing?

I have 4 carb caps and use those too. But if you want to have it end up in a bottle (for presentation, sunlight, or whatever) you lose carb in transferring it so you have to over carb and hope for the best with the estimation. It is the cheapest and most strait forward way to go though.

Looking for co2 "y" splitter as well as reducer.

Gas hose is self explanatory. You need gas tape, clamps, connectors (gas and beer), and some sanitizer and I think that's about it (kegs and standard co2 tank of course). You can use a paintball tank if you also get the adapter.
