I'm making a version of of Edworts Apfelwein and wanted to add some cinnamon, spices ect..
i've read if I add spices to the primary it will end up tasting bad so i removed the cinnamon sticks. Is it safe to add the spices after i put in secondary?
I started mine last Saturday too and the bubbles have slowed as well.. it seems from everything i've been reading it says to let it sit for at least 4 weeks before doing anything. Is yours starting to smell like sulfur too?
My batch of Chrismas Ale blew last night! I filled the bucked up too much and blew the lid clear off. Is my batch still good? Should i take some out? Any advice is appreciated
