If your doing concentrates use 3-4 cans per gallon. But start with 2 cans then taste. If you like the flavor but its not sweet enuf then add sugar if your lacking in flavor then add another can.
Other ways are to use koolaide packets and sugar.

Haha one batch went dry rightaway. So I thought hey I'll just back sweeten and well see how it is. Well it was fantastic. Like a apple beer. It had a apple taste wine kick and beer feel. Ill try to duplicate that again for sure
I started on the tenth at about 5 pm. I had ferment the next morning. Then 3 days later i had the thick almost kruzin like layer.
I've just whisked it to break it up and aerate the mix. Its doing just fine. Tatse is great also. The lemon is becoming more prevalent.

Well i did it. Its at 1.008 And still fermenting. I added a slight amount of sugar and she foamed like a volcano. ( in the test cup only) Good but not great. Might let it go somemore and carb with it. It was kinda nice with a light fizz to it.

Super easy this was just done with some slurry scraps and a bottle worth of some apple juice cocktail i found in the down stairs fridge. DIdnt know if it would work. Might make a couple gallons worth !
