    Did Spike ever resolve this and swap the controller for you? I ask because I think I have amthe same problem. When everything is setup and plugged in, when I turn on the controller the breaker immediately trips.

    Airgas ordered food grade oxygen for me and it came in two days later. Also got food grade carbon dioxide from them as well. I believe they have locations nationwide so should be able to find one in your area I assume.

    Ah, I see. So more important if using unpasteurized juice and/or something with wild yeast being introduced? Unfortunately all I've been able to easily find is pasteurized juice without preservatives.
