I've opened a second bottle and no pressure or fizz at all. Why would one bottle pressurize and other not. All coming from the same 1 gallon batch.

Just wanted to provide an update, the Issue was the low PH. I tested the batch again and it was now showing 3.05, I added just a bit of sodium bicarbonate to bring it up to 3.4 and within 12h the batch was fermenting. Thanks for the help.

Gravity is just above 1.05

Ok that's a good idea, what is the lowest PH acceptable ? Addtional info - I have 2 x 1 gallon jugs for this batch 1 gallon - S04 yeast 1 gallon - D47 yeast
