    I use pellets in a standard fine mesh bag and just throw them in. no suspending or anything. works for me.:mug:

    stainless shank sizes

    I use 4" in my standard fridge. Stainless shank. The mass of a larger shank keeps the beer in the line end colder than a shorter shank. I modified my door so that the shelves in the are removed and it is completely flat to maximize keg room. so I probably only needed a 2" shank, but went...

    Canning Wort for Starters

    Pressure cooking it - that is interesting. I didn't think that it would be required. Is it because it is low in acidity? I am curious to know the science behind needing to pressure cook if anyone knows. Thanks, :mug:
