    Thanks for the help and reassurance guys, I was a bit worried, the Wine Kits instructions seem fairly rushed, they claim its ready to bottle within 21 days and after 14 days it should be clear, but I can hardly beleive the process would be that fast?

    Hey again, Due to my worries of fermentation, I have seen no bubbles escape from the airlock and have had it in primary for the first four days, the picture attached is its current state, is this a sign of healthy fermentation or should I begin worrying?
