So does this mean that, if I am brewing a 5.4 SRM beer, and my residual alkalinity is good for beers between 4-7 SRM (according to the spreadsheet), that my pH is within range? I'd still be tempted to use the 5.2 just in case the spreadsheet isn't accurate enough.
