So i bottled last night...and i was so excited that i through them directly into the fridge for about 12 hours b4 i realized my mistake...
someone tell me to relax and have a homebrew please
I have had NO time to bottle my beer. Currently its in its 4th week of fermentation...should i like make time to bottle in a hurry? Or will this actually make it better? lol
hey guys, my air stopper seemed to stop showing signs of fermentation about 3 days after it started. It fermented vigorously for the first 3 days, but then came to a stop. The beer smells great, and i havent taken a hydometer to it yet, but i just was wondering if it should show any signs...
im just winging it, but its a malt base. Just a basic english porter with roasted coconut, hopefully it will turn out to be drinkable...
ill let you guys know how it goes...
this is my first batch btw, so dont expect to much lol
That is the question...
I have my brew fermenting right now at about 68-70* in my closet. Its just past its violent fermenting stage. I am going to be adding a cheesecloth of roasted coconut to the concoction but have a question.
Should i just wait till about 4 days b4 i decided to...
ok i found some rubber hose that i sanitized, stuck in the hole, and looped it down into a cup with a little bit of sanitized water...
will that suffice?
