    I've brewed several batches on my 35l 3.1.1 system and one thing frustrates me: setting the timer for automatic brewing. There doesn't seem to be any way to quickly reset the timer to 0:00.     Thanks Dave. I was just going by the 80-84% attenuation from the Fermentis website. I'm sure the software is using those numbers as well. But I realize those numbers are dependent on many variables. Appreciate your feedback. Cheers! K

    I'm warm fermenting an Oktoberfest with 34/70. OG of 1.052, temp was approximately 60-61F for the duration. The gravity is now 1.014 and has been sitting there for a day. I'm letting the temp increase for a few days then will keg it and chill to around 40F (my keezer temp.) I'm a bit concerned...

    M66 Hophead impressions

    I just kegged a session APA brewed using M66 Hophead yeast. I was amazed at how quickly fermentation started, and it was quite vigorous for about 36 hours, then slowed down to a crawl.
