i dont do wine , but i do alot of mead. i always have a batch of Joes Ancient Orange ( or clemintine for this last one) going. it only takes a month or two to complete.

I believe hes trying to backsweetin it. If you dont kill the yeasties they'll eat the new sugars you add for flavor.

probably not a rabbit if its in the middle of the yard, they like to be around cover for their dens. most likely a groundhog or even a nieghborhood dog. godd luck. if it is a ribbit they are damn good eating!!!!!!! Jason
