Needing a Little Help on Filtration

Honestly, I wasnt going to stir with anything except a large, sterilized plastic spoon.

Needing a Little Help on Filtration

Wont the priming solution going to need to be stirred in more when mixing with a nice cold batch of beer ready to go into bottles?

Needing a Little Help on Filtration

Won't the cold really really impede the priming solution from homogenizing with the beer when its going into bottles?

    Water Fermentation Chiller

I like it- I was actually considering something very similar- moreso I was going to simply use a 55 gallon drum to hold a 10 gallon primary at 60ish degrees by circulating water around it. Your design definitely steps up the idea by circulating icy cold water and eliminating the need for running...

    Creamy goodness

Alright well Im definitely in need of a good Scottish or Belgian Ale with a nice rich finish, light on the hops. If anyone has enjoyed a Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat on tap then you'll understand the "creamy" flavor Im looking for

    Creamy goodness

My girlfriend and I are brewing some beer for the first time and we're looking for a fairly basic cream ale with a smooth finish- anyone got a decent recipe that isnt going to cost us an arm and a leg? Thanks for any help you might have and may the beer lords bless your brew:rockin:
