    Lower than 60% efficiency?

    I have only one biab done and my efficiency was low also. It was because of a faulty thermometer. Mash temp was low and sparge temp was low 20 or so degrees. I squeezed the hell out if the bag. Im glad i did, i managed 66% efficiency

    sour taste the longer it sits?

    ya, i was kinda thinking that. But i scrubbed my bottles with a brush. Then rinse. then they get a dunk in a bucket of starsan.

    I brewed up a brewers best cream ale. Fermented 3 weeks. After 3 weeks in the bottle i put a 12 pack in the fridge. It tasted pretty good. Put another 12 pack in the fridge, now around 6 weeks in bottles. So far all 3 beers i opened tasted sour. Real sour. had to pour them out. Any ideas? thanks

    Ale fermentation done in 22 hours??

    I just did an ale the other day ad well. Bubbled like crazy 1st and 2nd day, then stopped. This is how all of my batches have been.
