    No taste

The first couple batches I brewed I was extremely satisfied with the tast of the beer. However, the last few have been very bla tasting and not much aroma. This does not make sense to me as I have actually upped the IBU's of the brews I have made. Can anyone explain why this would be?

Is there a sutible yeast that I could brew a dark lager at and ale temp? I was thinking one of the california strains that tollerate the higher ale temps. I would like to brew a dark lager but do not have a lagering fridge yet. I can cold condition out in my garage but it isn't very consistant...

I would like to brew a batch of homebrew for my older neighbor. He is always looking out for me and looking after my house when I am gone. He is also interested in homebrew and I think it would be a nice thank you. He likes Leinenkugel's Creamy Dark. Does anyone have a suggestion of recipe or...
