    My first attempt at a Belgian Golden Strong. It's not very golden and won't be very strong thanks to 62% efficiency. Right next to a tiny keg of delicious strIPA (strawberry IPA from FireWheel brewing in Rowlett, TX) in my kegerator birthday present from my wife.

    Yes if you use priming sugar to bottle carb. The yeast will wake up, reproduce a bit, eat sugar and fart co2. They will then settle to the bottom when you put them in the fridge Some times I swirl the last inch and pour in the glass, sometimes I don't. No big deal. It will change the look, may...

    I highly recommend Velvet Hammer by Peticolas. It's an imperial red that lives up to its name. I am a regular attendee/volunteer at the FireWheel tour every Saturday in Rowlett. Hit me up if you're headed that way and I will be sure to say hello
